Carbon Fiber

Carbon fiber is a high-performance fiber material composed of carbon atoms, commonly used in fabric or composite forms. It is characterized by high strength, lightweight, and strong corrosion resistance, and is widely used in aerospace, automotive manufacturing, sports equipment, structural reinforcement, and high-end electronics. Fiberglass Fabric

Fiberglass fabric is a fiber material made from high-strength glass fibers through spinning, weaving, or non-woven processes. It features lightweight, high strength, heat resistance, and corrosion resistance, and can be combined with resin to form fiberglass-reinforced plastic (FRP). It is widely used in construction, transportation, shipbuilding, electronics, power, and industrial manufacturing.

Prepreg

Prepreg refers to high-performance fiber-reinforced materials that have been pre-impregnated with resin, typically using carbon fiber, glass fiber, or aramid fiber as the reinforcement and pretreated with epoxy or other high-performance resins. In its uncured state, prepreg is flexible and easy to process, and after heating or pressing, it can be cured into high-strength composite materials.

PE Foam

PE foam is a lightweight foam material with a closed-cell or semi-closed-cell structure, offering excellent cushioning, impact resistance, sound insulation, thermal insulation, shock absorption, and water resistance. Due to its softness, light weight, and strong flexibility, PE foam is widely used in packaging, automotive, electronics, appliances, sports equipment, and construction applications.

Fiber-Reinforced Polymer (FRP)

Fiber-reinforced polymer (FRP) is a high-performance composite material that uses high-strength fibers as reinforcement, possessing characteristics such as lightweight, high strength, and corrosion resistance. Due to its high hardness and anisotropy, traditional cutting methods often lead to delamination and burrs. CNC cutting machines, by matching specialized tools and optimizing cutting parameters, can achieve precise, efficient, and low-damage processing of FRP sheets, resulting in smooth cuts without delamination. This greatly satisfies the stringent requirements for complex, lightweight components in fields such as aerospace and high-end equipment manufacturing.

Honeycomb Core Material

As the core material of ultra-lightweight and high-strength composite sandwich structures, honeycomb core materials have a fragile, porous structure that demands extremely precise cutting processes. CNC cutting machines, utilizing vacuum adsorption platforms to stabilize the workpiece and employing specialized processes such as ultrasonic cutting or high-speed milling, can achieve precise machining of three-dimensional curved surfaces. This results in smooth, crush-free cuts, perfectly meeting the stringent requirements for complex, lightweight components in aerospace and other fields.

Rubber

Rubber is a highly elastic, deformable, and wear-resistant polymer material that can be obtained through natural extraction or chemical synthesis. A CNC rubber cutting machine is a high-precision automated device specifically designed for cutting rubber and rubber composite materials.
